Book Reservation :
Book your expedition at doing 90 days prior to the departure date. Please provide photographs size 3 x 4 with red background and a copy of passport when you book the expedition.
Term Payment & Condition as follows :
To avoid the hassle before departure date or on the date of arrival of your home country, 1.500 USD/person of the deposit for the trip is required to be received at doing 90 days prior to the arrival date. The deposit payment is required to secure all permits including chartered flight, accommodation and guarantee. Please pay in any currrency of your country, so that our banks in Indonesia will receive Rupiah. Full prepayment will be required 45 days before arrival.
Cancellations and refunds :
If a client wants to cancel the trip for any reasons, the request must be made to Summit Carstensz in writing. The date/time of cancellation will be the date/time that Summit Carstensz receives the letter or email. In this case the company will charge the clients ;
20% charge for any cancellations 40 – 30 days prior to arrival date.
30% charge for any cancellations 29 – 21 days prior to arrival date.
50% charge for any cancellations 20 – 14 days prior to arrival date.
For cancellation less than 14 days before tour departure, any refund is at our discretion.
All participants should be fit and healthy!
It is recommended that all people with medical problems or diet restrictions please let us know as well before departure, so they might be met. It is recommended to bring with you any medications, too, some band-aid, antibiotics, acetazolamide for headaches, etc.
Limitation Of Liability:
We only act in the capacity of transportation companies, hotels, operators, and other, related to his schedule. Will not be responsible for loss, damage, harm, including death, change of schedule, distortions, etc that are beyond our control.
All Expedition does not include travel insurance, emergency evacuation or accident insurance or any insurance this tour. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE APPROPRIATE COVER AT THE TIME OF BOOKING YOUR EXPEDITION. ALSO, PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE COMPANY IS RELIABLE.
Everyone should be responsible to obtain the appropriate visa (s) and bring a valid passport at all times. All climber to Indonesia must be in possession of a passport valid for at least six months after the date of arrival. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not the responsibility of us or your agent.
Participating tour operators this is Garuda Indonesia Airlines, Asian OneAir, Airfast, Sriwijaya Airlines. However, it may be at any given time is required to use the services of other flights. No airline would incur responsibility or liability to any person named in the order, apart from the obligations that may arise as a carrier.
For all the domestic economy baggage allowance limit check in luggage for each passenger two bag/piece. However, neither the bag/cut the total dimensions may exceed 20 kg each. We recommend you to take the necessary baggage during the trip. In case you have already checked-out from the hotel, please packing your trunk and locked it to store in our Office. We will take it back to you at your arrival from the trip.
Summit Carstensz is not itself a carrier or an entrepreneur, we don’t have an airplane, hotel, or coach. Flight, tours and hotels other accommodations consist in your tour provided by reputation and brings its hoteliers on the conditions of their own. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Summit Carstensz are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, operator of the coach, the hoteliers and other service providers, including but not limited to rent a car, restaurant operators, whose services we use, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.
We always do our best to ensure your expedition arrangements are satisfactory and we are responsible for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage suffered by You as a result of our negligence or our employees. However, we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for actions, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of their flight, hoteliers, or others who provide services in connection with your holiday in accordance with the contract between them and yourself (which can be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct control and exclusive. We do not accept liability in contract or tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majored or other events that are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limited to war, riot, fire, flood a superb weather, severe, natural disasters, acts of Government or of any authority, accident or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or not involving our employees, and although such action may be settled by agreeing to the demands of workers ‘ groups).
